testing machine in China. This product is mainly applied to inspect
the static load anchoring performance of pre-stress steel strand
anchors, which is a must-have testing instrument for pre-stress
- Our product features a high-stiffness, stable structure. It
comprises a large-capacity loading unit that fulfills all the
requirements in static load anchoring performance tests. It adopts
the leading high-performance AEC-1000 Controller, which is usually
equipped on high-end material testing machines. The mechanical
components collaborate with the pioneered modular Test Live
computer testing software to ensure the stability, precision and
reliability of the whole system.
- The loading jack and front jack are all controlled in a closed-loop
setting. Pre-stress steel strand specimen is applied a uniform
force and is ready for static load anchoring performance tests
right away. The stress on pre-stress steel strand can be loaded at
constant speeds of various levels. It can also be set to perform a
one-hour hold test by loading custom programs, then increases its
load at custom speeds until the specimen is broken.
